I enjoy learning, troubleshooting, and turning repeated problems into clear, reusable systems. In my current work, I use AI alongside Microsoft 365, documentation tools, and screen capture software to document issues as they happen, troubleshoot faster, and create practical training materials for clients and coworkers.
My focus is not just fixing the immediate issue, but making the next similar issue easier to understand, explain, and resolve.
I am especially interested in the space between IT support, process improvement, training, documentation, and practical AI use.
